## Law Firm Seeks Bankruptcy Attorney

A creditors' rights law firm is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to manage routine bankruptcy matters, draft and review pleadings and claims filed in bankruptcy cases, and attend hearings. The successful candidate will have a law degree (JD) and be licensed to practice law (preferably in Georgia).

**Job Responsibilities**

- Reviewing filings on behalf of the clients
- Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs)
- Resolving routine bankruptcy matters
- Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel and the Court

**Required Skills**

- Knowledge of bankruptcy rules/laws and general Creditor Rights laws
- Computer Literacy Professionalism

**Education**

- Law degree – JD
- License to practice law (Georgia license preferred)
