• Handle a diverse caseload and effectively manage competing priorities

• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate transactions, complex estate planning, and business succession planning
• Active license to practice law in Ohio
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to work
• Book of business is preferred but not required
