We are looking for a Workers’ Compensation Insurance Defense Attorney in our Myrtle Beach, South Carolina office with 1+ year of experience and a South Carolina license required. The ideal Attorney for the Myrtle Beach office has a strong work ethic and is a team player.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·Consulting with Clients
·Conducting Hearings
·Preparing and responding to motions
·Preparing and responding to discovery
·Adhering to the Firm’s Code of Ethics, company policies, and operating principles

Qualification and Experience Ideal ·1 – 3 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation field. ·South Carolina State license in good standing. · Detail-oriented, hardworking, and a results-driven team player. ·Experience in drafting briefs and other legal documents. ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ·Strong research, organizational and analytical skills. ·Excellent client services skills. ·Experience conducting hearings and depositions. ·Experience in discovery. ·You are diligent, personable, a team player, and a good steward.
