PwC is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Tax Manager to join their Financial Services Tax practice in the United States. The role will involve providing tax advice and guidance to clients in the insurance industry, both domestically and internationally. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing complex tax issues, building and maintaining client relationships, and staying up-to-date on the constantly evolving tax landscape.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA or Member of the Bar certification

- Thorough knowledge of tax issues affecting the insurance industry

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- Familiarity with a CRM system
- Experience with FAS 109, FIN 48, and tax provision preparation
- Experience as a team leader
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Familiarity with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies
