They will also utilize trial advocacy skills in depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and trials, as well as perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

• Technological proficiency in legal research tools.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in litigation.

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
