  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters.
  • Assist with closings and post-closing matters.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Experience with acquisitions and sales, development, leasing, title, land use, rights of way, construction contracts, and loan documents.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
