The ideal candidate will be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Korean and possess 3-6 years of litigation or transaction experience. The role involves direct liaison with clients and proactive management of client matters and projects.

Duties:

• Directly liaise with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Proactively drive client matters and projects to successful outcomes.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to technology-driven Korean companies.
• Handle litigation matters or transactions as per the firm's focus.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Assist in courtroom proceedings if litigation-focused.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar and eligibility to practice law in DC.
• 3-6 years of litigation or transaction experience.
