Salary Information Base pay/salary: $199, - $275, Location: New York, NY Job Title: Commercial and Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney – Vice President, Assistant General Counsel Experience: 5+ years of chapter 11 bankruptcy experience Job Description: As the Commercial and Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney - Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, you will provide expert advice and guidance on commercial and consumer bankruptcy matters, review and approve legal documents, and partner with key internal stakeholders to implement legal strategies. You will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and advising on bankruptcy cases, including critical vendor bankruptcies, and will be expected to form and develop effective legal strategies to mitigate legal, operational, and financial risks.
