Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality and responsive legal advice to the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) team.
• Negotiate and draft client documents.
• Review and advise on third-party contracts.
• Coordinate outside counsel involvement when necessary.
• Revise form templates.
• Coordinate large projects related to cash management products and services.
• Review and advise on marketing materials, disclaimers, and related communications.
• Liaise with relevant subject matter experts to provide cohesive legal advice to client teams.
• Act as a strategic partner to the business.

Required Skills:

• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Experience with payments, liquidity, and/or receivables.
• Significant contract negotiation experience, preferably in connection with cash management contracts.
• Project management experience.
• Credit background (. negotiating credit documents).
• Privacy, Sanctions, ERISA, and/or Healthcare expertise are a bonus.
• Strong work ethic and self-initiative.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
