As an Assistant Attorney General, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment, where lawyers help one another while managing their own dockets as first and second chair. You will have hands-on legal experience, including drafting legal documents, handling witness interviews, taking and defending depositions, and appearing at contested court hearings.

We are seeking qualified, self-motivated candidates who are highly motivated to litigate and manage cases from start to finish. You should have experience with drafting civil investigative demands, motions and pleadings, discovery, and settlements. You should also have the ability to handle witness interviews, take and defend depositions, and argue contested court hearings.
