Duties:

• Join the Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice group.
• Utilize strong drafting and negotiating skills.
• Work independently to manage components of deals.
• Represent clients in a national project development practice.
• Participate in sophisticated legal matters.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and in good standing in the State.
• 4-6 years of project development experience.
• Experience with renewable energy projects and M&A transactions is essential.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
