This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with clients from around the world, helping them navigate complex international tax issues and find solutions that meet their business needs. Job Title: Senior Associate – International Tax Services Salary: Up to $100,000 per year, based on experience and location Location: Various locations across the United States, including CT, FL, NC, GA, MD, DC, MA, NY, NJ, and PA Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a tax-related role Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's degree or Juris Doctorate preferred) Certification: CPA or commitment to obtain CPA licensure Responsibilities: - Assist clients with understanding and navigating international tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements - Conduct research on tax laws and provide recommendations to clients on tax planning strategies - Review client work for accuracy, quality, and relevance - Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends - Seek opportunities for exposure to different situations and perspectives - Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct Additional Responsibilities: - Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and how they impact tax advising - Use automation and digitization to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Experiment with new technologies and data visualization tools - Participate in pricing and negotiation processes Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with a Master's degree or Juris Doctorate preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tax-related role - CPA certification or commitment to obtain CPA licensure - Strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations - Familiarity with corporate tax, tax research, and compliance - Experience in public accounting, law firm, or corporate tax department preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills - Commitment to upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct Why Work for PwC?
