KPMG, a leading provider of audit, tax, and advisory services, is currently seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join their Office of General Counsel (OGC) in the Litigation group. This is an exciting opportunity to provide legal support to the Practice Protection Team and work with a highly collaborative and inclusive team at KPMG.

Responsibilities:
- Provide counsel on civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory investigations
- Represent KPMG and its professionals in civil litigation proceedings and regulatory investigations
- Develop and implement strategies to successfully resolve litigation claims and regulatory investigations
- Supervise and work collaboratively with outside counsel and other members of OGC
- Report to and consult with senior leadership on legal matters
- Assist in financial projections for supervised matters

Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience with complex civil litigations and regulatory investigations
- JD or LLM from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the .
- Experience with SEC, PCAOB, or other regulatory agencies a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strategic thinking and high ethical standards
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and client-service orientation
