Mastagni Holstedt, APC is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their Workers' Compensation department in their Sacramento and Rancho Cucamonga offices. ### Job Description
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of a significant caseload. This includes communicating with clients, drafting letters, filing court documents, taking and defending depositions, witness preparation, conducting trials, drafting appeals, and settlements.

### Qualifications
- Excellent academic credentials
- 1-3 years of Workers' Compensation law experience; experience in other areas of law may suffice
- Strong writing and research skills

### Salary
- Sacramento: $105,000 - $145,000
- Rancho Cucamonga: $110,000 - $145,000
