Associate General Counsel III – Litigation:

Hybrid, Remote position with opportunities for growth and influence within a well-established Fortune 500 company.
Responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of complex and class action litigation cases in state and federal courts, as well as industry arbitration panels.
Develop and implement strategies for complex civil litigation and class actions, and manage outside counsel.
Educate and advise business partners on pending litigation matters to reduce risk throughout the company.
Engage with associates and leaders to leverage their expertise in directing litigation.
Salary range based on national data, with potential for bonuses and profit sharing in addition to base salary.
Minimum salary of $163,886 and maximum salary of $279,048.
Must have deep knowledge and experience with complex litigation and trial practice, with preference for first or second chair trial or arbitration experience.
Ability to partner with business stakeholders to provide advice and guidance on initiatives and regulatory changes.
Must be able to manage competing time demands while balancing a diverse litigation portfolio.
Experience managing litigation portfolios in a law firm or in-house environment preferred.
Familiarity with securities law, litigation, and FINRA arbitrations preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory issues in the securities industry, including SEC, FINRA, and state securities regulators, is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Ability to lead, delegate, and mentor with a desire to work well with others.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable.
Sound judgment, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
Proactive and able to drive matters to conclusion.
Ability to think independently and strategically, and execute tactically.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build legal understanding with business partners.
High level of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality required.

Minimum of ten years of progressive responsibility as a litigator in private practice, public sector, or in-house counsel capacity.
