Duties:

  • Playing a lead role as an extension of client business teams in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of private equity and mergers and acquisitions experience.
  • Excellent academic credentials with a law degree from a reputable institution.
  • Prior large firm experience working with private equity sponsors.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in the District of Columbia.

Skills:

  • Exceptional drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Project management capabilities.
