Job Summary:
Farmers is seeking a Paralegal with California civil litigation experience to support their team of attorneys. The role is remote and offers a comprehensive benefits package including an annual bonus potential, generous 401k, PTO, and more. The Paralegal will assist attorneys in answering interrogatories, preparing legal documents, and conducting research as permitted by the rules of the State Bar.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in answering interrogatories and preparing legal documents
- Review and summarize medical records for attorneys and arrange for medical examinations
- Conduct research on legal points for motions and other legal proceedings
- Interview witnesses and prepare evidence for trial
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-year Associates Degree or 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
- Paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies or at least one year of law school
- 1 year of experience working in a civil litigation law firm, preferred
