As a corporate associate at Bailey Cavalieri, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of traditional corporate and business projects, as well as post-closing M&A disputes nationwide. Additionally, you will be involved in pre-transaction underwriting and risk assessment for transaction risk insurance. The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience in handling complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business formation, corporate governance, and contract matters.

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Strong academic credentials with an undergraduate degree in finance or accounting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Valuable Credentials and Experience:

The following credentials and experience are considered an asset, but not required:

- Work experience in accounting or finance
- CPA, CFA, or other accounting/valuation credentials
- Experience with post-M&A legal matters involving purchase price adjustments or valuation of damages
