Salary Information:

- Minimum salary: $331,000
- Maximum salary: $737,000

Job Title: Associate General Counsel-Litigation

Experience: Minimum 18 years

Responsibilities:

- Provide counsel on civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory investigations
- Represent KPMG and its professionals in legal proceedings and provide legal advice to the firm and its leaders
- Develop and implement strategies for successful resolution of legal matters
- Supervise and collaborate with outside counsel and other members of the OGC team
- Report to and consult with senior leadership on legal issues
- Assist in financial projections for legal matters

Qualifications:

- Minimum 18 years of experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal department
- JD or LLM from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the .
- Experience in SEC or PCAOB Division of Enforcement or similar regulatory/law enforcement agency is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters and meet deadlines with high-quality results
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and client-service orientation
