The Business Tax Services team at Deloitte is seeking a strategic and creative Tax Manager with at least 5 years of experience in federal tax compliance, accounting, and provisions, tax analysis, and research. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base in various industries and provides access to an elite group of specialists when needed. As a Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, manage the engagement team, and receive support from firm leadership to ensure success in your role and career.

Responsibilities include maintaining and developing strong client relationships, providing federal tax consulting and compliance services, overseeing complex projects, managing engagement workflow and billing, and providing leadership and career guidance to the team. This role requires the ability to work in a hybrid model with 2-3 days in person per week and the flexibility to travel up to 25% based on client needs.

Deloitte offers a competitive salary range of $84,980 to $169,650, with the potential for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program.
