Hall Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, the nation's largest law firm focused on health care matters, is currently seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 3-8 years of experience to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a strong and sophisticated team of real estate professionals and serve hospitals, health care providers, and developers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other real estate documents
- Work out of one of five office locations: Detroit, Denver, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, or Raleigh
- Develop and grow a practice and book of business with the support of Hall Render's healthcare platform and client base

Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experience in commercial real estate law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Information:

- For purposes of complying with Colorado pay transparency requirements, the estimated annual salary range for this role is $140,000 to $210,000, depending on experience, skillset, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
