Role Overview:
- Lead a team of attorneys and paralegals while maintaining own caseload
- Responsible for team's performance, supervision, and grant compliance
- Represent young people ages 12-24 in immigration and other legal matters
- Collaborate with partners in immigration, legal services, and youth development fields
- Represent The Door in local and national advocacy efforts
- Assist in recruitment and training of new staff
- Perform duties of Legal Services Director in their absence

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree and admission to NY State Bar or willingness to sit for exam
- Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration and/or family law
- Experience in supervising attorneys and managing projects
- Knowledge of positive youth development principles
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or Mandarin preferred
