Responsibilities:
- Advise on legal obligations globally related to data disclosure and platform safety and integrity
- Provide legal guidance on product developments, including private messaging, e-commerce, AR/VR, and business products
- Manage legal requests for user data and handle litigation matters
- Develop policies for processing legal requests and protecting user data
- Strategize approaches for managing legal risks and resolving disputes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety and security matters
- Manage relationships with government agencies and regulators

Minimum Qualifications:
- . degree and membership in at least one US state bar
- 6+ years of legal experience, including litigation experience
- Experience managing legal and regulatory issues
- Substantial knowledge of . law, particularly the Stored Communications Act, Wiretap Act, and Pen Register/Trap and Trace Statute

Preferred Qualifications:
