# Trial & Litigation Attorney – 7+ Years of Experience Meyers Nave, a dynamic 65-attorney firm with 4 offices throughout California, is looking for an energetic, committed, and diligent senior associate or of counsel with seven or more years of litigation experience for its Trial & Litigation Practice Group. The position is open in the Los Angeles or Oakland office. ## Qualifications * Excellent academic credentials * Outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities * Superior research and writing skills * A strong work ethic * Ability to work in a team and across offices * Interest in elevating the Meyers Nave brand and reputation * Significant experience with law and motion practice in state and federal court, including dispositive motions * Experience building a case for trial, including developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions. * Prior experience representing public entities is preferred. ## Compensation The salary range for this California-based role is $175,000 – $260,000, and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set and office location.
