Job Description:

As an attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for maintaining a full caseload of primarily employment-based matters with a focus on O-1, NIW and EB-1 petitions. This will involve working closely with clients to gather case information, drafting petition letters, responding to requests for evidence, and handling other agency actions. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases and make a real impact on the lives of our clients.

Job Requirements:

- . from an accredited law school with admission to practice law in at least one . state
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
- Bilingual: Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Ability to multi-task and manage a case load under tight deadlines
- Strong commitment to client relations
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently under limited supervision
- 2+ years of experience in L-1, O-1, NIW and EB1 petitions desirable
