Law Firm, a business law firm near Cleveland, Ohio is currently seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team. The full-service law firm specializes in the diverse needs of family owned and closely held businesses, including personal and family relationship matters. The firm takes a tailored approach to define and protect family business interests and shareholders in the event of divorce.

The ideal candidate for the Family Law Attorney opportunity will possess seven to 10 years of related experience, with an established client and/or referral base. They will also be detail oriented with strong writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills when working with clients.

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in Divorce and Family Law
Bachelor's Degree
Juris Doctorate
Admission to the Ohio Bar
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Proactive self-starter

Responsibilities

Delivers excellent customer service and timely, efficient follow up to internal and external clients.
Possesses strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
Prepare correspondence, pleadings, discovery documents, and other legal documents.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients.
Engages in business development, amplifying firm services to prospective and new clients on an ongoing basis.
Represents and promotes the firm within the community and at public, social, and business gatherings.
Assigns and reviews the work of department staff, as required.
