Job Duties:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to business clients on labor and employment matters.
• Conduct legal research to support clients' cases and provide informed recommendations.
• Draft legal briefs, pleadings, and other relevant documents for employment law cases.
• Assist in the development and drafting of employment policies and procedures.
• Investigate and respond to complaints related to employment issues.
• Prepare responses to charges and inquiries from relevant authorities.
• Offer expert legal counsel to clients, keeping them informed and well-prepared for legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on cases and projects.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in employment law, encompassing both advisory and litigation roles.
• Exceptional academic qualifications and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the state of Minnesota.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex legal issues.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents, including briefs and pleadings.
• Excellent client service skills with the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Education:
