About You:

As an Associate Attorney at Hancock Daniel, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a team environment. We are looking for a smart and driven individual with 0-3 years of experience in personal injury or other complex civil litigation. While experience in Medical Malpractice is a plus, it is not a requirement. Other qualifications include a strong academic record, a law degree, and admission to practice in Virginia.

In addition, we are looking for someone with experience in office document systems such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF. Knowledge of legal research platforms such as Lexis is also preferred. Most importantly, we are seeking someone with a passion for the practice of law and a maniacal focus on excellent client service.
