This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge IP litigation cases and a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $239,000, with additional annual merit-based bonus potential.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of litigation experience, with a strong background in electrical engineering and/or computer science. They must also possess excellent legal writing skills and be willing to travel for court appearances. In addition, the candidate should be proactive, with a strong business and entrepreneurial sense, and have the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
