Real Estate Associate (Multi-Family Housing Transactions; 3-5 years): Salt Lake City, Boulder, or Denver

Holland & Hart, a full-service law firm with approximately 470 lawyers across eight states and in Washington ., is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its growing Real Estate, Construction and Finance Group in its Salt Lake City, Boulder, or Denver office.

Requirements:
-
- Experience in LIHTC and affordable housing properties is a plus, but not required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team-oriented with a passion for working hard and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative and diverse culture that aligns with the firm's values ()

Salary Range:
Holland & Hart's compensation is merit-based. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado) is provided: $190,000 - $230,000. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Associates are also eligible for fee splits.
