Job Overview: A law firm in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Corporate/Real Estate/Banking Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong legal advocacy skills, confidence, and a passion for working collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties:

• Drafting and negotiating various legal documents, including commercial purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, guaranty agreements, and real estate-related joint venture agreements.
• Conducting title and survey reviews, permitting, zoning, and development tasks focusing on energy and renewable energy projects.
• Assisting with bond finance structures when required.
• Providing direct client support and integrating legal advice into business strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• A Florida Bar license is required.
• Additional licenses in other states are a plus.
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with commercial real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with energy and renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of bond finance structures.
• Confidence in client interactions.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
