Beresford Booth PLLC, a busy law firm with offices in Edmonds and Bothell, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our team. We are looking for a confident and skilled individual with at least four years of experience to make a significant impact in our fast-paced practice group. In this role, you will provide legal advice and work product to a supervising attorney or client and handle a variety of essential duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients and counsel them on their legal needs
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials
- Draft all necessary legal documents in a timely and consistent manner
- Strategize on conflicts, issues, or approach for optimal client outcomes
- Conduct legal research and interview clients or witnesses
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
- Collaborate with colleagues in specialty areas for the best client outcomes
- Ability to delegate work to staff and work within a team environment

Qualifications:

- Admitted to and active member of the Washington State Bar Association and passed the Washington State Bar Exam
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated record of excellent client service
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet critical deadlines
- Keen analytical skills with ability for problem-solving
- Commitment to developing a book of business and utilizing firm's marketing tools
- Commitment to daily time entry into firm's time and billing software

Technology Requirements:

- PracticeMaster/TABS experience a plus
- Proficient in Office Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot standard technological issues
- General technology competence expected

Salary Information:

- Base compensation begins at $140,000 depending on experience
- Significant additional bonus structure
