We are currently seeking a Litigation Associate to join our Detroit office and support our growing Litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to learn in a successful and growing boutique IP firm and includes excellent mentoring opportunities with experienced practitioners in a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

- Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office is preferred.
- Additional MI, MO, VA, and/or TX admission is ideal.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

A hybrid work environment is an option for this position. Consideration may be given to candidates located in our other offices, Missouri, Virginia, or Texas. Remote candidates with experience of at least seven years will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This position offers a total of 1900 billable hours but may be reduced and considered on a case-by-case basis relative to experience and education.
