Qualification and Experience At least 2 years of litigation experience, Federal clerkship preferred but not required. Candidates must possess excellent research, writing, client communication, negotiation, and civil litigation skills. Must be a member in good standing of the Idaho bar or eligible for admission on reciprocity.
