Klinedinst is seeking a professional liability attorney with 7+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or professional liability matters to join their growing legal team in Los Angeles. Salary Information:
• Pay range: $150,000-195,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Title:
Professional Liability Attorney

Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or professional liability matters
• Experience with professional liability defense, legal ethics, or risk management is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:
• Independently handle cases and analyze complex legal issues
• Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, manage document-intensive cases, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial
• Provide creative legal solutions for clients

Requirements:
• California licensed with strong academic credentials
• Passion for advocacy and a commitment to teamwork
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
