  • Addressing taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements, such as Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code.
  • Designing and drafting employment contracts and other executive compensation arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar Association in Colorado.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
  • Strong academic record with a high level of academic achievement.
  • Prior experience in a law firm setting is preferred.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Colorado State Bar.
