### Responsibilities and Practice

The Real Estate and Commercial Finance Associate is an integral part of the team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

* Representing clients in real estate and commercial real estate transactions
* Providing practical advice and solutions to clients
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate and commercial real estate documents
* Researching legal issues and providing legal analysis
