Law Firm is looking for a Product Liability Associate to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in civil litigation and possess outstanding interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and highly responsive and efficient work habits.

The Product Liability Associate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing complex legal issues, drafting and responding to discovery requests, motions, and depositions, and communicating with opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, and clients. The successful candidate should also have a deep understanding of legal issues and be an efficient researcher, persuasive writer, and speaker.

Required qualifications include a Michigan or Texas Bar License (or the ability to waive in), experience in civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions, and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
