They should also have prior experience in consumer tech or cybersecurity products and a strong understanding of trademark, copyright, consumer protection, and advertising laws. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on marketing content and programs at CrowdStrike, including web content, promotional materials, press releases, and events
- Review and advise on customer-facing sales and marketing materials
- Ensure compliance with trademark, copyright, consumer protection, and advertising laws
- Understand the context of the cybersecurity market as a whole
- Collaborate with key legal and business stakeholders to ensure consistency across the organization
- Develop and publish legal guidance for the company
- Communicate legal advice clearly and effectively
- Partner with third-party consultants to drive results
- Contribute to the credibility of the legal team within the company

Requirements:
- JD and bar admission
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in advertising law at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a public company
- Prior experience in consumer tech or cybersecurity products preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful self-starter who enjoys taking on challenges and delivering results
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- Experience in a high-growth environment or in the technology sector
