Duties:

• Advise entities upon formation and draft related formation documents
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements
• Counsel clients regarding corporate governance and compliance matters
• Coordinate due diligence processes
• Structure, negotiate, and close business succession plans, asset sales, and equity sales
• Focus on client service and responsiveness
• Produce high-quality, efficient work product
• Communicate complex concepts concisely and effectively

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the state bar in Nebraska or eligible for admission
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in business and corporate law

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
