The Opportunity:

Redgrave LLP, the only top-tier law firm in the United States focused exclusively on Information Law, is seeking a highly qualified Review & Analytics Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with at least 5 years of experience in eDiscovery and information governance to work remotely and supervise Review Attorneys on complex litigation matters. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with top clients, counsel, and advisors, and provide cutting-edge legal advice in the ever-evolving field of information law.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in data collection strategy and search creation using online review tools
- Supervise and provide feedback for internal and external Review Attorneys to ensure accuracy and completeness of work product
- Train Review Attorneys on project protocols and review guidelines
- Collaborate with Redgrave Attorneys and Advisors throughout the EDRM lifecycle
- Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

- . from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing in Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, California, or Washington DC
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing document review and supervising review attorneys
- Understanding of relevant case law and legal developments in ediscovery
- Experience with privilege reviews and logs
- Advanced eDiscovery skills, including QC, redacting documents, logging privileged documents, and developing facts in complex litigation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced technical proficiency in Relativity and other electronic document review platforms
- Tech-savvy with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
