Rad Law Group, APLC, a professional law corporation based in San Jose, is looking for a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our established team of attorneys and support staff. We are looking for a candidate who is admitted to the California State Bar with proven experience in Family Law and/or Civil Litigation.

The ideal candidate should have excellent research and writing skills, experience writing briefs, conducting discovery, and taking depositions. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting initial client consultations, managing cases from initial court filing through discovery, appearances at hearings, settlement conferences, and trials, trial preparation, drafting of pleadings and motions, negotiations, and the use of California Evidence Code.
