## Klinedinst PC is Seeking an Experienced Ethics and Risk Management Attorney in San Diego
Klinedinst PC (KPC) is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and focused attorney to join the dynamic team in our growing Ethics and Risk Management Practice Group. Located in San Diego, this is an amazing opportunity for an attorney with a background in legal ethics who desires to practice full-time in this burgeoning area of the law. The position also involves State Bar discipline defense work.

### Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position at Klinedinst PC is a self-starter with:

* An active membership with the State Bar of California and a strong academic background
* At least 5 years of experience handling professional liability, ethics, and/or State Bar of California disciplinary matters
* Significant litigation practice experience, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
* A solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* A team player attitude
