Duties:

  • Analyze transactions for competition issues, with a focus on merger control filing requirements.
  • Conduct substantive analysis and address procedural issues related to the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act and its implementing Rules.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bar admission in Washington, DC, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

  • Familiarity with the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act and its procedural requirements.
  • Exceptional academic credentials and previous experience in a comparable law firm setting.
