JSH, a highly reputable law firm, is currently seeking an associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience in Government Municipal Liability defense, including civil rights, law enforcement and corrections, or other complex litigation matters involving governmental entities. Qualifications:
• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
• 2 plus years litigation experience in civil rights defense or other complex civil litigation
• Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court appearances and trial preparation
• Excellent oral advocacy and written communications skills

Salary Information:
• From $110, per year
