Quarles is looking to add a senior associate with 6-8 years of experience to its Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group in the Phoenix office. The successful candidate will join a team of legal professionals and be responsible for providing legal services related to research, drafting, appearing and arguing before the court, handling written discovery, and taking and defending depositions in commercial and business litigation matters.

###Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* 6-8 years of experience in commercial and business litigation
* Excellent research skills
* Ability to draft legal memoranda and motions
* Ability to appear and argue before the court
* Experience in responding and initiating written discovery
* Experience taking and defending depositions
* Ability to manage multiple matters
