Job Description:

- Hiring for Financial Institutions Tax Services team
- Delivering tax solutions to clients in banking, fintech, and digital currency space
- Adding talented team members to 70+ department with corporate tax and ASC 740 experience
- Opportunity to work with high performing group

Manager Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review corporate income tax provisions under ASC 740
- Review and/or prepare corporate tax returns
- Conduct tax research and provide guidance to clients
- Identify and implement tax planning and savings strategies
- Collaborate on large projects
- Manage and foster client relationships
- Mentor and develop interns, staff, and senior staff
- Manage multiple engagements at once

Required Qualifications:

- Previous experience with corporation taxation, ASC 740 is a plus
- Previous banking experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license or EA + Masters in Taxation or JD/LLM
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or corporate/public blend
- Ability to grow strong client relationships
- Hybrid environment, open to remote work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Tax research skills
