Position: Manager, International Tax

Experience: Minimum 5 years in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning

Job Summary:
- Provide guidance to multinational enterprises on business decisions, tax planning, and income tax treaty planning
- Collaborate with Mergers & Acquisition Tax team on private equity and strategic transactions
- Assist with tax provision and compliance work for financial statements
- Guide clients on potential short and long-term considerations and consequences of tax planning decisions
- Provide services to alternative investment companies

Responsibilities:
- Direct multinational enterprises on business decisions
- Advise on tax planning decisions
- Structure tax aspects of private equity and strategic transactions
- Assist with tax provision and compliance work
- Guide clients on income tax treaty planning
- Provide services to alternative investment companies

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning
- Bachelor's degree required, master's in taxation, JD, and/or LLM preferred
- Knowledge of international and domestic tax law
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to balance and lead multiple engagements
- Ability to develop and deepen client relationships

Salary Range: $91,900 - $206,500 (California)
