# Intellectual Property Associate – Law Firm
## Carlton Fields is Seeking an Intellectual Property Associate

Carlton Fields is looking for an Intellectual Property (IP) associate with three or more years of patent litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage day-to-day litigation tasks, as well as independently preparing pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses. In addition, the candidate must be able to effectively communicate with other lawyers. Experience taking and defending depositions is a plus.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess excellent academic credentials, strong written and verbal communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and practical judgement. Candidates must be currently admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, or New York. A USPTO registration number or technical background is strongly preferred. Patent and trademark litigation and prosecution experience is also a plus.

## Salary Range
This position offers an annual salary range of $155,000 - $210,000.
