Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP offers a highly competitive compensation package to its associates. Salaries range from $140,000 to $215,000, with the potential for annual performance-based bonuses. For income partners, salaries range from $216,000 to $315,000, with discretionary bonuses also available. The exact salary within these ranges will depend on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience.

In addition, the firm offers a hybrid work arrangement option and an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. The billable hour requirement is 1850, and attorneys receive competitive health insurance benefits and a 401(k) with a partial match. They are also eligible for annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
